How to never run out of content
Steal my 4-step process

Ever felt that dry, desperate moment when you stare at your screen and… nothing?
You’ve written it all.
Or so it feels.
But here’s the thing: content ideas are everywhere, and they multiply like rabbits when you use a process.
Here’s my go-to 4-step method to make sure I always have fresh, relevant ideas.
Step 1: Find pain points

The heart of engaging content lies in solving real problems.
People come back because your content resonates with what they’re struggling with or want to accomplish.
Start by heading to ChatGPT with this prompt:
“You are an expert at [niche]. Your target audience is [target audience]. What are 20 pain points they face trying to achieve [goal]?”
Here’s why this works:
ChatGPT gives you a list of pain points that are specific and direct.
Things your audience is likely experiencing daily.
This is gold.
Instead of second-guessing, you now have a full list of what really matters to them.
Step 2: Review pain points

Alright, now you have a list of pain points. Perfect!
But don’t just start writing yet.
Ask yourself:
What are the recurring issues?
Are there any that seem universal?
Which pain points feel the most urgent?
Sorting through the list and finding the biggest challenges gives your content direction.
When you can relate to your audience’s primary struggles, you create that “yes, this is exactly what I’m going through!” moment.
That connection is key.
Step 3: Create solutions

Once you know what their problems are, it’s time to turn those into content ideas.
Use this prompt:
“Rewrite these pain points into ‘How to’ statements. Keep it short and simple.”
This flips the issues into action-based solutions.
Now, instead of just saying, “Feeling overwhelmed by social media scheduling,” you’ll get a content idea like, “How to streamline your social media scheduling in 5 easy steps.”
Each “How to” statement will help and resonate with your audience.
Step 4: Get content ideas

By now, you’ve got a list of actionable ideas that target specific challenges.
Congrats!
You’ve created a system for limitless content ideas.
With each “how to” idea, you’re directly addressing the pain points you discovered in Step 1.
This approach ensures you’re not only producing content consistently but that your content is genuinely useful and tailored to your audience.
It’s simple: find the pain, offer the cure
This process is not just a one-time thing, you can use it over and over again, adjusting the audience, goals, or even updating pain points.
So the next time you’re staring at a blank screen, remember: your next great idea is just a few steps away.
Cheers,
Dan
