Want to make money online?

Focus on what really makes money:

Hey friends!

So, you want to make money online?

I hear you.

Let me share a quick story.

Seven years ago, I co-founded an agency with a friend of mine.

We were pumped and thought we had everything lined up for success:

  • Logo

  • Website

  • Business cards

The result?

We made $0.

Yep, nothing.

Not quite how we planned it...

The truth is, we overcomplicated things.

Big time.

You can’t just slap a logo on a website and hope clients start rolling in.

Don’t be us.

Do this instead:

1. Focus on one person

You don’t need a huge audience, just focus on one person.

Someone with a problem you can solve.

2. Find one problem

Figure out the one problem that’s really bothering this person.

What do they need fixed right now?

3. Master one skill to solve it

Instead of trying to do everything, get really good at solving that one problem.

This is how you become valuable.

4. Build authority with content

Start sharing what you know.

Whether it’s through carousels, infographics or just written posts.

The more you show you can help, the more people will trust you.

5. Attract clients with your results

Share any results or wins you’ve helped others achieve.

When people see proof, they’ll come to you.

6. Make them an offer they can’t refuse

Once they see your value, offer them something simple and clear that solves their problem.

If you’ve done the steps above, this part gets easy.

The biggest lesson I learned?

We were overcomplicating everything.

It’s not about doing everything at once or looking perfect.

It’s about solving one problem, getting results, and keeping things simple.

Take it one step at a time.

Don’t rush.

When you focus on the basics and get them right, success will follow.

Trust the process.

You got this!

Dan
